THE INVERTED STATE PRACTICE CAMP
My idea, when it comes to yoga retreats, has never really been the norm of go somewhere, practice 60-mins in the morning, potter around the day, maybe something in the afternoon, eat, sleep and repeat. It’s just not me.
My idea for a retreat has always been a moment where I can step out of the day-to-day, switch off my distractions and just practice and train until my heart is content, hang out with great people, and eat awesome food in some wild location in the world.
This, is exactly what the Inverted State Practice Camp is.
It’s for those of you who want to get away, focus on your body and mind, see what’s possible, and do it all in the name and game of play.
It’s a week on the beach in Koh Samui at Samahita retreat centre that has everything we need to bring a week to life that holds all those qualities fully equipped with shala, training facilities, sauna, ice plunge, massages, incredible food for all dietary requirements, warm water, palm trees, sunsets to make you question your life decisions and all the rest.
Not your average retreat. But then again, if you’re reading this, you’re probably not looking for average.
